Some connections need more information than our automatic round builder uses. Tell us what you have and a person will look at it.

We only use this to write back about your shape.

Is it oval, rectangular, keyed, or does it twist to lock? Anything you can say helps.

Width, height, or the distance across. Millimeters or inches, either is fine.

A photo helps more than anything else. Send it in a reply to our confirmation email and it lands on the same thread.
