Shipping Information

One flat rate
Shipping is a flat $7.95 per order, anywhere in the United States. The rate is the same whether you order one part or ten. You pay it once per order, not once per part.
Shipping is charged on top of the item price. You see the full total, with shipping in it, before you pay. There is no handling fee and no surcharge for a large part.
Where we ship
We ship to United States addresses only right now. We cannot ship outside the US yet, so please do not order for an address abroad.
When your order goes out
Ships in 3 to 5 business days. Every part is printed to order in PETG and made in the USA, so we make yours after you buy it. You get a tracking email when the package goes out. After that, delivery time is up to the carrier.
Lost, late, or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged, email info@gulpdust.com with your order number and a photo. Our returns and refunds page covers what happens next. You never ship a part back to us.
If tracking says delivered and the box is not there, write us anyway. We cannot control the carrier, but we can look at the order with you.
