Privacy Policy

What We Collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, shipping address, email address, and payment information. Payment details are processed by Shopify Payments or PayPal. We do not store your card number.

If you use our configurator, we may store your tool and vacuum selections to help us track which adapters to build next. No account is required to use the configurator, and no account is required to order.

If you submit a request via the “Notify Me” form for an adapter that is not yet available, we collect your email address and the adapter combination you requested.

Accounts and My Shop

Accounts are optional. You can browse, build, and buy without one. An account exists for one reason: to save the gear in your shop so you do not have to look up the same port size twice.

If you make an account, we store:

  • Your email address and your password, held in encrypted form
  • The tools, vacs, hoses, and dust collectors you choose to save, including the model and the port size where we know them
  • A note of when you added a piece of gear, and when a saved tool and a saved vac matched a part we already make

We do not ask for your address, your shop location, or your phone number to make an account. We do not send marketing email because you made one.

One account works on GulpDust and on our other brands, so sign in is handled by a shared account service we run. Your saved gear is yours alone. Nobody else signed in can see it.

To delete your account and everything saved in it, ask us through our contact page or email info@gulpdust.com. We remove it all, including the saved gear and the activity notes above.

How We Use Your Information

  • To fulfill and ship your order
  • To send order confirmation and shipping updates
  • To email you when a requested adapter becomes available (only if you opted in)
  • To improve our product catalog based on demand patterns
  • To show you the parts we make for the gear you saved, if you made an account

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for ad targeting beyond basic retargeting on platforms you have already visited.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart session active and to track basic analytics (page views, traffic sources). We use Shopify for our storefront, which sets its own functional cookies for cart and checkout. We use Google Analytics for traffic analytics.

If you sign in, we set one more cookie so the site knows it is still you on the next page. Signing out removes it.

You can disable cookies in your browser. This will not prevent you from browsing the site, but cart, checkout, and sign in may be affected.

Third-Party Services

Data Retention

Order records are kept for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Notify Me email addresses are kept until the adapter ships or until you ask us to remove you. Account data and saved gear are kept until you ask us to delete them. You can request deletion at any time through our contact page or by emailing info@gulpdust.com.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccurate data, or ask us to delete your data. Email us at info@gulpdust.com with your request.

If you are in the European Union or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

GulpDust is operated from the United States. GulpDust is a brand of 3D Prints Fast, a registered alternate name of Stratford Wood Works LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. That company is the one holding the information described above.
