Dust Collection Fittings, Elbows, Wyes, Tees, and Couplings
Route your duct the way your shop is laid out so the air pulls dust straight to the bin. Elbows turn the corners, wyes and tees split the line, and couplings join the runs. Each PETG fitting is a friction fit in every standard size from 1-1/4 inch to 4 inch. Made in the USA.
What Are Dust Collection Fittings?
Dust collection fittings are the parts that connect and route your duct. An elbow turns a corner. A wye or a tee splits one line into two. A coupling joins two straight pipes end to end. Together they build the path your dust travels from the tool to the bin.
The shape of each fitting changes how the air flows. A wye splits the line at a gentle angle, so the air keeps moving with less drag. That holds your suction strong at every tool, so more dust gets pulled away and less of it settles on your bench and in your shop air.
Match the Fitting to the Printer You Own
Every fitting lists its print class, so you can pick the part your printer can handle before you buy the file. No failed prints, no surprises.
Class 1, Standard
Fits a Bambu Lab P1S size bed (256mm). Covers most smaller fittings. 230 fittings available.
Class 2, Large Format
Needs an Elegoo Neptune 4 Max (400mm) or similar. 47 fittings available.
Class 3, Industrial
Needs a 400mm or larger bed. 15 fittings available.

Dust Collection Fittings FAQ
What are dust collection fittings?+
Dust collection fittings are the parts that connect and route your duct. Elbows turn corners, wyes and tees split one line into two, and couplings join two straight pipes. Together they shape the path your dust travels from the tool to the bin.
What is the difference between a wye and a tee?+
A wye splits the line at a gentle angle, while a tee splits it at a sharp 90 degrees. The gentle angle of a wye keeps the air moving with less drag, so you lose less suction. Use a wye when you can and a tee when space is tight.
What size dust collection fittings do I need?+
Match the fitting to your duct size. Most shops run 4 inch main lines and 2.5 inch drops to the tools. Measure your pipe, then pick the fitting in that size. Use the size filter above to narrow the list.
Do you make 4 inch dust collection fittings?+
Yes. We make fittings in 4 inch and other standard sizes from 1-1/4 inch up to 4 inch. Pick your size in the filter to see every elbow, wye, tee, and coupling we offer in that diameter.
Will these PETG fittings hold without clamps?+
Yes. Each end is a friction fit printed to the exact pipe diameter, so it grips on its own. You skip the tape and the hose clamps, and the joint still seals well enough to keep your suction strong.
Can I print these fittings on a standard size printer?+
Most smaller fittings print on a standard bed like a Bambu Lab P1S. Larger fittings need a bigger printer. Each fitting lists its print class, so you can match the part to the printer you own before you buy the file.
