About This Part
The DWE6421 sander has a DeWalt connector-style dust port. DeWalt sells a connector for it, but you do not need one just to hook up a shop vac. This adapter plugs straight into the port and takes a 2-1/2 inch hose on the other end.
The plug end is built to the measured connector size, 32 mm. It holds with a snug friction fit. It does not copy DeWalt's quarter-turn lock, so it pushes in and pulls out.
