About This Separator
Catch chips and fine dust before they hit your vacuum, so your filter stays clean and your suction holds. This thien baffle separator lid drops onto a standard 20 gallon bucket. Connect your shop vac or dust collector to the outlet port and your tool hose to the inlet port.
The internal baffle drops chips and dust into the bucket, so most of the mess never reaches your filter. It is printed in PETG, so it stands up to shop heat and solvents and will not crack like brittle PLA. Bucket rims vary by brand. Measure your rim.

Will it fit my bucket?
The rim is sized for a standard 20 gallon bucket. Bucket rims differ a little by brand, so measure your rim and pick the lid that matches it.
How much dust does it catch?
Most of it. The vortex or baffle drops chips and fine dust into the bucket before they reach your vacuum, so your filter stays cleaner and your suction holds.
What hose sizes does it take?
The inlet and outlet ports are sized for 2" and 2" connections. Use an adapter on either port if your hose is a different size.
What is it made of?
PETG. It handles shop heat and common shop solvents and takes knocks without cracking like brittle PLA.
