Full port and fit detail for this tool
The Porter-Cable 352VS is a corded 3 in. by 21 in. variable speed belt sander. It strips material fast on flat stock, and it throws a heavy, steady stream of dust while the belt runs.
GulpDust does not have a published dust port size on file for this sander yet. A belt sander in this class usually vents dust through a port that takes the stock dust bag, but the exact size is not something we have measured. Measure your own 352VS before you order. We print the tool end of your adapter to the number you give us.

Porter-Cable 352VS Dust Collection: What We Know and What You Measure
The 352VS ships with a dust bag that clips onto a port on the back of the sander. GulpDust has not published a size for that port.
Remove the stock dust bag and measure the port opening with calipers, straight across. Write the number down to the tenth of a millimeter. That is what we cut the tool-side stub to.
Most shop vac hoses run 1-7/8 inch or 2-1/2 inch, and a belt sander's dust bag port is usually smaller than both. A GulpDust adapter bridges that gap once we have your real measurement.
How to Connect a Shop Vac to the Porter-Cable 352VS
Take the dust bag off and measure the port it clipped onto, straight across, with calipers.
Use the GulpDust builder to give us that number along with your shop vac or dust extractor hose size. We print a PETG adapter between the two.
Press the adapter onto the port and your hose onto the other end. Run the vac while you sand so dust does not build up on the belt.
Why a Belt Sander Needs Good Dust Collection
A belt sander strips a lot of material fast, and the dust bag that comes with it only catches part of what the belt throws off.
A shop vac hookup pulls far more of that dust at the source than the stock bag does on its own, which keeps the belt from clogging and the work surface easier to see.
It also keeps fine sanding dust out of the air in a closed shop, which matters most on long sanding passes.
Porter-Cable 352VS Dust Collection FAQ
Does GulpDust have the dust port size for the Porter-Cable 352VS?+
Not yet. We do not have a size on file for this sander. Measure the port yourself and give us that number in the builder.
Can GulpDust still build an adapter for this sander?+
Yes. Use the GulpDust builder custom path. Give us the port measurement and your hose or vac size, and we print a PETG adapter between the two.
Where is the dust port on the Porter-Cable 352VS?+
It is on the back of the sander, where the stock dust bag clips on. Remove the bag to measure the port underneath.
What if I measure it wrong?+
Measure twice with calipers before you order, straight across the opening. If a part does not seat once it arrives, contact us and we will work it out.
Do you sell the design file?+
No. We sell the finished part. Each one is printed to order in PETG and ships from the US.
