The Rockwell RK3441K is a compact circular saw with a 4-1/2 in. blade. Small saws like this live on plywood and trim cuts, and they throw dust straight at your cut line.

Rockwell's manual gives one hard fact. The included vacuum adaptor is 7/8 in inner and 1-1/4 in outer diameter, and it attaches to the dust outlet. In metric that is 22.2 mm inside and 31.8 mm outside.
What the manual does not give is the size of the bare outlet itself. No published bore means we do not guess, so this port ships as an estimate and we ask you to measure.
The good news: the OEM adaptor spec is a known connection. Match it and you have a solid hookup point.
Two Ways to Hook a Vac to the Rockwell RK3441K
Path one: use the included OEM adaptor. Its 1-1/4 in outer end is the known connection, and a GulpDust adapter can step that end to your vac hose size.

How to Connect a Shop Vac to the Rockwell RK3441K
Start with the connection you chose, the OEM adaptor on the outlet or a GulpDust part built to your measured outlet.
Press the small end of the PETG adapter onto that connection. It is a friction fit, so it holds with a firm press. Then press your shop vac hose onto the wide end.
Turn the vac on before the blade touches wood. A clear line means a straight cut, and the fine dust goes into the vac instead of the air.
