SawStop CTS-120A60 Compact Table Saw Dust Port Size and Vacuum Adapter Guide
The SawStop CTS-120A60 is SawStop's compact table saw. A table saw does not make polite dust. It throws heavy chips and fine powder at the same time, and most of it lands in the cabinet or on your floor.
The saw has a round dust port at the rear. SawStop publishes the size in the manual: 58 mm inside and 65 mm outside. A GulpDust PETG adapter is printed to that port on one end and your shop vac hose on the other end, so the chips go into the vac instead of onto your shoes. No tape. No clamps.

SawStop CTS-120A60 Dust Port Size: 58 mm Inside, 65 mm Outside
The rear dust port on the CTS-120A60 is round. The inside measures 58 mm and the outside measures 65 mm. Those numbers come from the SawStop owner's manual, so you can order to them without pulling out calipers.
Most shop vac hoses are 1-7/8 inch or 2-1/2 inch. Neither one seals on this port by itself. The loose fit leaks air, and a leak kills suction right where the chips come out.
A GulpDust adapter is printed in PETG to match the 58/65 mm port on one end and your vac hose on the other end. The fit is snug, so the suction stays at the blade where it belongs.
How to Connect a Shop Vac to the SawStop CTS-120A60
First, clear packed chips out of the rear port. Table saws pack chips fast, and a clogged port chokes even a strong vac.
Press the adapter onto the port. It is a friction fit, so it holds with a firm push. Then press your shop vac hose onto the other end. Turn the vac on before the blade touches wood.
One note from the manual: SawStop says to use a dust collection system that pulls at least 170 CFM. A strong shop vac on a tight adapter gets you there for most cuts. If your vac is weak, chips will still pile up under the saw.
Why Table Saw Dust Collection Matters
A table saw makes more debris than almost any tool in the shop. Heavy chips fill the cabinet and spill out the bottom. Fine dust hangs in the air and ends up in your lungs.
Sealing the rear port to a vac pulls both out at the source. Your floor stays clear, your cuts stay clean, and you spend your time cutting instead of sweeping.
SawStop CTS-120A60 Dust Collection FAQ
What size is the dust port on the SawStop CTS-120A60?+
The rear port is round. It is 58 mm on the inside and 65 mm on the outside. SawStop publishes both numbers in the CTS owner's manual.
Does the SawStop CTS-120A60 work with a regular shop vac?+
Yes, with the right adapter. A standard shop vac hose does not seal on the 58 mm port by itself. The GulpDust PETG adapter fits the saw port on one end and your vac hose on the other.
How much airflow does the CTS-120A60 need for dust collection?+
SawStop's manual calls for at least 170 CFM at the port. Most mid-size and larger shop vacs can pull that through a sealed adapter. A tight seal matters as much as vac power.
Do I need clamps or tape to attach the adapter?+
No. The adapter is a friction fit. You push it onto the port and it holds. The same goes for the vac hose end.
Can I print this adapter myself?+
Yes. You can buy the printed PETG part shipped from the US, or download the STL file and print it at home. We suggest PETG with 3 walls and 25 percent infill.
