Bosch PROFACTOR 18V and CORE18V tools are sold in several tool types. Tool makers change port sizes between models, and an adapter made for another brand may rock on a Bosch port or may not go on at all. Do not trust a chart. Measure the port on your own tool.
Measure Your Bosch Tool
- Look at the dust port. Is it an opening, or a stub?
- If it is an opening, measure across the inside with calipers or a ruler. If it is a stub, measure across the outside.
- Measure the end of your shop vac hose the same way.

Connecting to a Festool Extractor
If you pair a Bosch tool with a Festool CT extractor, measure the end of the Festool hose too. The adapter is printed to your tool port and that hose end.
Track Saws
A corded track saw may use a push-button hose connection instead of a plain friction fit. Check which style your saw uses before you order. Measure the port on the saw itself, and the end of the hose you want to connect.
Click-Clean and Friction Hose Systems
Some Bosch tools use a click-clean connection, a push-button release on the hose cuff, to make hose changes faster. Other tools use a plain friction fit. If your tool has a click-clean socket, tell us when you order. Do not assume a part made for a friction port will latch.
Other Brands in the Same Shop
If you also own Metabo HPT tools or any other brand, measure each tool separately. Two brands can read close on a ruler and still differ by a few millimeters.
