35mm Dust Port Tools and Vacuum Adapter Guide for Bosch PROFACTOR Click and Clean
A 35mm dust port is the size Bosch built into its Click and Clean dust system. The port is round, 35mm across on the inside and about 40mm on the outside. Click and Clean is a quick-twist lock that grabs the hose, so it does not need a screw or a clamp to hold.
The verified 35mm population is small and mostly Bosch PROFACTOR. Other tools the seed migrations once filed at 35mm actually measure smaller (28 to 32mm at the tool port) when checked against a real adapter source. Always confirm on the tool detail page before you buy.
Below is every tool with a verified 35mm dust port that we track. Each link goes to that tool's full page with the exact size and the source we cite.

The Adapter That Fits a 35mm Port
Each adapter grips the 35mm tool port on one end and steps it to your shop vac or dust extractor hose on the other end. Friction fit, no clamps. Made in the USA.
What 35mm Means on a Tool Port
The 35mm port is round. It measures 35mm on the inside and 40mm on the outside. On Bosch PROFACTOR tools, a Click and Clean hose end snaps onto the port with a quarter turn.
If you do not own a Bosch vac, your shop vac hose is almost certainly the wrong size. A 1-7/8 in. or 2-1/2 in. hose end is much larger than 35mm. A sized PETG adapter bridges the gap so the tool pulls dust into your vac instead of past it.
How to Connect a Shop Vac to a 35mm Bosch PROFACTOR Tool
First, look at the rear of the saw. The 35mm dust port sits at the back of the housing. Clear any dust out of it for a clean seal.
Press the small end of the PETG adapter into the 35mm port. It holds with a firm push. Then press your shop vac hose onto the wide end of the adapter. Turn the vac on before you start the cut.
Why Bosch Sanders Are NOT on This Hub
The seed migrations once filed three Bosch sanders at 35mm: the GET75-6N, the ROS20VSK, and the GEX18V-2CN. When checked against real adapter listings, all three actually measure closer to 28mm at the tool port. The 35mm figure in the seed was almost always the downstream shop-vac hose size, not the tool port.
Each of those sanders has its own tool detail page with the verified port spec. Use the tool page, not this hub, to pick the right adapter.
35mm Dust Port FAQ
Which power tools really use a 35mm dust port?+
Two tools have a verified 35mm interior dust port that we ship an adapter for: the Bosch GKS18V-25GCN PROFACTOR 7-1/4 in. circular saw and the Bosch GKT18V-20GCN PROFACTOR track saw. Other tools that the seed catalogs once labeled 35mm actually verify smaller. The per-tool detail page is the truth.
What is Click and Clean?+
Click and Clean is the name Bosch uses for its dust port and hose system. The 35mm port is part of it. The hose end twists onto the port with a quarter turn and locks in place without a clamp.
Can I use a regular shop vac with a 35mm Bosch PROFACTOR tool?+
Yes, with an adapter. Most US shop vac hoses are 1-7/8 in. or 2-1/2 in., both wider than 35mm. The GulpDust PETG adapter fits the 35mm port on one end and your vac hose on the other.
Do I need clamps or tape for the adapter?+
No. The adapter is a friction fit. You push the small end into the 35mm port and it holds. The shop vac hose end works the same way.
Can I print this adapter myself?+
Yes. You can buy the printed PETG part shipped from the US, or download the STL and print it at home. We suggest PETG with 3 walls and 25 percent infill.
