1-1/4 in. (31.75mm) Dust Port Adapter: Measure Yours, Build to Your Number
GulpDust prints dust collection adapters in PETG to the numbers you give us. This page is for one case: you put calipers on a dust port or a hose end, and the number was close to 1-1/4 in. (31.75mm).
Your reading may be a little over or a little under 1-1/4 in. (31.75mm). That is normal. Enter what you measured and we build to that number. Made in the USA.

How to measure your port
Use calipers. If the port sticks out, measure across the outside. If the port is an opening, measure across the inside. If it is a hose cuff, measure the cuff where the adapter will sit.
Write down the number your calipers show, not the number printed on the tool or the box. The size guide shows where to put the jaws.
What you can order at 1-1/4 in.
If your calipers read about 1-1/4 in., the builder prints that end of the adapter to the number you enter. We do not guess a size from a tool name, and we do not round your number to a standard size. Fit depends on your measurement, so measure twice.

What does 1-1/4 in. mean on a dust port?
1-1/4 inches is 31.75mm. It is a common size name for hoses, ports and duct.
A name is not a reading. A molded plastic port can measure a little over or under its name. If you are not sure, measure your own port with calipers and use that number.
A reading of 31.2 or 32.1 is still your number
If your calipers say 31.2mm or 32.1mm, those are your numbers. Do not round them to 31.75mm.
We print the tool end to the reading you enter. A size name is a fine place to start looking. Your own reading is the one that decides the part.
Questions about a 1-1/4 in. reading
What size adapter do I need for a 1-1/4 in. (31.75mm) port?
One built to your own reading. If your calipers show about 1-1/4 in. (31.75mm) across the part you connect to, enter that number in the builder and we print that end to it. Measure the other end too, so both ends are right.
Is 1-1/4 in. (31.75mm) the inside or the outside?
It depends on what you measured. If you measured across an opening, 1-1/4 in. (31.75mm) is the inside. If you measured across a stub that sticks out, it is the outside. Tell the builder which one you measured, and do not guess from a name on a listing.
Can I use a regular shop vac hose with a 1-1/4 in. port?
Often with an adapter, yes. Many shop vac hoses are wider than 1-1/4 in., so a stepped adapter joins the two. Hose sizes vary by maker, so measure your hose end as well and enter both numbers.
Can I find my tool on this page?
No. This page does not list tools. Port sizes change between makers and between models, and a tool name does not tell us what your port measures. Put calipers on your own port and enter that number.
Do I need clamps or tape?
Sometimes. We print each end to the number you enter, so a joint can push on snug. A joint that sees heavy use may still want a wrap of tape. Check the joint after your first few minutes of use.
Do you sell the design file?
No. We sell the finished part. Each adapter is printed to order in PETG and ships from the US.
