The dust port on the R8652 sits on the side of the saw. We print the PETG adapter to the size you measure there.
A shop vac hose rarely matches a saw port. Set one against the other and dust blows out the gap instead of going down the hose.
The adapter grips the saw port on one end and your vac hose on the other end, so the suction stays where the chips come out.
