The 69033 has two dust outlets at the rear, one for the belt and one for the disc. We print the adapter to the size you measure there.
These ports sit in an odd spot for hoses. Standard shop vac hose ends are 1-7/8 inch or 2-1/2 inch, and both are too big to seal on their own.

How to Connect a Shop Vac to the Central Machinery 69033
Clean dust off the port, then press the tool end of the PETG adapter in. It holds with a firm push. Press your shop vac hose onto the other end.
With two ports on the tool, you can run a wye fitting and pull from both at once, or just move the hose to the port nearest your work.
Turn the vac on before you start sanding. Fine dust only goes in the hose while the vac is running.
