Full port and fit detail for this tool

The Milwaukee 2732-20 is an M18 FUEL 7-1/4" cordless circular saw. It cuts fast through framing lumber and sheet goods, and the blade throws a steady line of dust and chips out the rear of the saw as it cuts.

Measure the dust port at the rear of your own 2732-20 before you order. We print the tool end of your adapter to the number you give us, not to a number pulled from somewhere else.

Milwaukee 2732-20 Dust Collection: What We Know and What You Measure

The 2732-20 vents dust and chips out a port at the rear of the saw, behind the blade guard. This module does not print a size for that port.

Measure the port opening with calipers, straight across, before you order. Write the number down to the tenth of a millimeter. That is what we cut the tool-side stub to.

Most shop vac hoses run 1-7/8 inch or 2-1/2 inch, and neither one seals on the saw's rear dust port by itself. A GulpDust adapter bridges that gap once we have your real measurement.

How to Connect a Shop Vac to the Milwaukee 2732-20

Find the dust port at the rear of the saw and measure it with calipers. If it sticks out like a tube, measure across the outside. If it is a hole, measure across the inside.

Use the GulpDust builder to give us that number along with your shop vac or dust extractor hose size. We print a PETG adapter between the two.

Press the adapter onto the port and your hose onto the other end. Run the vac while you cut so the line stays clear.

Why a Circular Saw Needs Good Dust Collection

A circular saw throws a steady fan of chips and fine dust along the cut line with every pass, and most of it lands on the workpiece and floor without a hookup.

Pulling dust at the port keeps the cut line visible, which makes it easier to follow a layout line on long rips and crosscuts.

It also keeps fine dust out of the air in a closed shop, which matters more the longer a cutting job runs.

Milwaukee 2732-20 Dust Collection FAQ

What dust port size should I use for the Milwaukee 2732-20?+

Measure it yourself. Put calipers on the rear port. If it sticks out like a tube, measure across the outside. If it is a hole, measure across the inside. Enter that number in the builder.

Can GulpDust still build an adapter for this saw?+

Yes. Use the GulpDust builder custom path. Give us the port measurement and your hose or vac size, and we print a PETG adapter between the two.

Where is the dust port on the Milwaukee 2732-20?+

It is at the rear of the saw, behind the blade guard, where the dust chute exits. That is where you measure and where the adapter connects.

What if I measure it wrong?+

Measure twice with calipers before you order: across the outside if it sticks out like a tube, across the inside if it is a hole. If a part does not seat once it arrives, contact us and we will work it out.

Do you sell the design file?+

No. We sell the finished part. Each one is printed to order in PETG and ships from the US.
