Full port and fit detail for this tool

The Milwaukee 2737-20 is the Milwaukee M18 FUEL Barrel Grip Jig Saw. A jig saw throws fine dust right onto the cut line as the blade pumps up and down.

The saw uses a proprietary dust shroud, not a plain round port. Our adapter fits it. A GulpDust PETG adapter is sized to the shroud on one end and your shop vac hose on the other end. No tape. No clamps.

Milwaukee 2737-20 Dust Shroud: What Fits It

The 2737-20 does not have a plain round port. It uses a proprietary dust shroud built into the saw, so a generic round adapter will not just slide on.

Dust pickup matters on a jig saw because the dust lands right on your line. When the line is covered, you cannot follow the curve and the cut drifts. A vac at the shroud pulls that dust away so the line stays clear.

A GulpDust adapter is printed to match the shroud on one end and your vac hose on the other end. It grips both sides with a firm push.

How to Connect a Shop Vac to the Milwaukee 2737-20

First, clear any dust out of the shroud. A clean port gives the best fit.

Press the tool end of the PETG adapter onto the shroud. It is a friction fit, so it holds with a firm push. Then press your shop vac hose onto the other end of the adapter.

Turn the vac on before you start the cut. Dust builds on the line from the first stroke of the blade.

Why a Barrel Grip Jig Saw Needs a Vac

A barrel grip puts your hand low and close to the work, which is great for control and bad for dust in your face.

Pulling the dust at the shroud keeps the line clear and keeps more of it out of the air you breathe.

Any shop vac with the right adapter does the main job. The fit at the shroud is what matters most.

Milwaukee 2737-20 Dust Collection FAQ

What size is the dust port on the Milwaukee 2737-20?+

The saw uses a proprietary dust shroud, not a clean round port. Our adapter is built to fit it. You pick the hose end you need.

Does the Milwaukee 2737-20 work with a regular shop vac?+

Yes, with the right adapter. A standard shop vac hose does not seal on the saw shroud on its own. The GulpDust PETG adapter is sized to the shroud on one end and to your vac hose on the other.

Do I need clamps or tape to attach the adapter?+

No. The adapter is a friction fit. You push it onto the shroud and it holds. The same goes for the vac hose end.

Do you sell the design file?+

No. We sell the finished part. Each one is printed to order in PETG and ships from the US.
