The WEN 20691 is a 20V cordless, brushless, 6-1/2 in. plunge cut track saw. Cordless means you can rip a sheet anywhere, and that means the dust follows you anywhere too. Hooking a vac to the port pulls the dust at the blade, so your cut line stays clear and the room stays breathable.
The dust port sits at the back of the saw. We print a GulpDust PETG adapter to your port measurement on one end and to your shop vac hose on the other, so the hose holds instead of popping off mid rip.

WEN 20691 Dust Port: What Connects To It
The dust port on the 20691 mounts at the back of the saw. We print the PETG adapter to the size you measure there.
Most shop vac hoses are 1-7/8 in. or 2-1/2 in. Neither one seals on a saw port by itself. That gap is why dust trails the saw instead of going into the hose.
The adapter grips the saw port on one end and your vac hose on the other, so you get a snug fit.
How to Connect a Shop Vac to the WEN 20691
First, clear any packed dust out of the port, so it fits snug.
Press the tool end of the PETG adapter onto the port. We print it to the size you measure, so a firm push holds it. Press your shop vac hose onto the other end. Turn the vac on before you plunge, so the first chips go into the hose and not onto your track.
A hose does add a little drag on a cordless saw. Route it over your shoulder or along the track, so it feeds smoothly and does not tug the saw off line.
Why a Cordless Track Saw Still Needs Dust Collection
Going cordless cuts the power cord, not the dust. The 20691 makes the same fine dust as a corded saw, and that dust hangs in the air and settles on the track.
Pulling the dust right at the port keeps the track clean and the air clear. You see your line, and you breathe easier. One small printed adapter is all it takes.
