The Bosch GET75 is the Bosch 6 in. Dual-Mode Random Orbit Sander. We print the PETG adapter to the size you measure there.
A sander makes fine dust that hangs in the air and gets into your lungs. Pulling it right at the port keeps more of it out of the air. One end of the adapter grips the sander port. The other end takes your shop vac hose. We print it to the size you measure, so it presses in and holds.

Bosch GET75 Dust Port: What Connects To It
The dust port on the GET75 sits on the side of the sander. We print the adapter to the size you measure there.
Most shop vac hoses are 1-7/8 inch or 2-1/2 inch. Neither one seals on this port by itself. That gap is why fine dust sprays out instead of going into the hose.

How to Connect a Shop Vac to the Bosch GET75
First, clear any dust out of the port. A clean port gives the best fit.
Press the tool end of the PETG adapter onto the port. We print it to the size you measure, so it holds with a firm push. Then press your shop vac hose onto the other end of the adapter. Turn the vac on before you start to sand.
