Erbauer ERB690 Track Saw Dust Port Size and Shop Vac Adapter
The Erbauer ERB690 is a plunge cut track saw. It cuts clean, straight lines on sheet goods and boards. A track saw throws fine dust right at the cut line, so a good dust hookup keeps your view clear and the air clean.
A reviewer's spec sheet lists the dust extraction port as 35 mm. That comes from a video, not one we measured, so check your own port before you buy. A GulpDust PETG adapter plugs into the port and steps it to any standard shop vac hose. No tape. No clamps.

Erbauer ERB690 Dust Port Size: 35 mm Stated, Measure to Confirm
A reviewer's spec sheet lists the dust extraction port on the ERB690 as 35 mm. That is a stated size from a video, not a measured figure, so treat it as a close guide and measure your own port before you order.
The 35 mm size is the class most track saws use, so it is a very believable number. It is also why a standard shop vac hose will not seal on it. A 1-7/8 in. or 2-1/2 in. hose is far too big for a 35 mm port.
A GulpDust adapter fits the 35 mm port on one end and your bigger vac hose on the other end, so you get a tight seal and full suction at the cut.
How to Connect a Shop Vac to the Erbauer ERB690
Clear any dust out of the rear port first. A clean port gives the best grip.
Push the small end of the PETG adapter into the port. It is a friction fit, so it holds with a firm press. Then press your shop vac or extractor hose onto the wide end.
Turn the vac on before you plunge. Running the vac while you cut catches the dust at the source and keeps the track and your line clear.
Why Track Saws Need Good Dust Collection
A track saw cuts a fine kerf and sprays dust straight up out of the guard. Without a hose, that dust lands on the track and the workpiece and hangs in the air.
Pulling the dust at the port keeps the cut line visible, so the track stays put and the cut stays true. It also keeps fine dust out of your lungs.
For the cleanest cut, match the adapter to the 35 mm port and run a steady vac. Any shop vac with the right adapter does the main job.
Erbauer ERB690 Dust Collection FAQ
What size is the dust port on the Erbauer ERB690?+
A reviewer's spec sheet lists the dust extraction port as 35 mm. That comes from a video, so measure your own port with calipers before you buy.
Does the Erbauer ERB690 work with a regular shop vac?+
Yes, with an adapter. Most shop vac hoses are 1-7/8 in. or 2-1/2 in., which is much bigger than a 35 mm port. The GulpDust PETG adapter fits the saw port on one end and your vac hose on the other.
Is 35 mm the same port size other track saws use?+
It is the same size class. Makita and Festool track saws list 35 mm class ports too. Fits still vary by brand, so measure your port before you order.
Do I need clamps to attach the adapter?+
No. The adapter is a friction fit. You press it into the port and it holds. The vac hose end works the same way.
Can I print this adapter myself?+
Yes. You can buy the printed PETG part shipped from the US, or download the STL file and print it at home. We suggest PETG with 3 walls and 25 percent infill.
