Bosch GTS1041A REAXX 10 in. Table Saw

Model: GTS1041ACategory: Table Saw

Specifications

Full port and fit detail for this tool

The Bosch GTS1041A REAXX is a 10 in. jobsite table saw. A table saw makes more chips than any other tool you own. One long rip cut can dust a whole garage, so sealing the rear port pays off fast.

The saw has a round dust port at the rear. A 2-1/2 in. shop vac hose feels close but sits loose on it, so it leaks right where the saw makes the most dust. A GulpDust PETG adapter fits this port on one end and your hose on the other end, so the connection holds and the chips go into the vac. No tape. No clamps.

Bosch GTS1041A Dust Port: What Fits It

The rear dust port on the GTS1041A is round. Our adapter is made to fit it.

A standard 2-1/2 in. shop vac hose slips over this port, wiggles, and blows dust out the gap on every cut. The two parts were never made to seal on each other.

A GulpDust adapter grips this port on one end and your vac hose on the other end, so the suction stays at the blade instead of leaking out the joint.

Bosch uses this same rear port on the GTS1031 and the 4100 series, so the same adapter covers all three saws.

How to Connect a Shop Vac to the Bosch GTS1041A

Unplug the saw first. Then wipe the sawdust off the rear port, so the adapter seats clean and grips all the way around.

Press the saw end of the PETG adapter onto the port. It is a friction fit, so a firm push is all it takes. Then press your shop vac hose onto the other end.

Turn the vac on before the blade touches wood. A table saw fires chips down through the blade slot from the first inch of the cut, so the vac needs to be pulling the whole time.

Why the REAXX Deserves Real Dust Collection

You bought this saw because it protects your hands. Your lungs deserve the same care. The fine dust a table saw makes floats in the air long after the cut ends, so you keep breathing it while you sweep.

Pulling dust at the port traps it before it goes airborne, so the air stays clear and the cleanup shrinks to almost nothing.

If you rip a lot of stock, add a cyclone separator between the saw and the vac. The heavy chips drop into a bucket, so your vac filter stays clear and the suction stays strong.

Bosch GTS1041A Dust Collection FAQ

Will a GulpDust adapter fit the Bosch GTS1041A dust port?+

Yes. The rear port is round and our adapter is printed to fit it. The other end matches your shop vac hose.

Will a 2-1/2 in. shop vac hose fit the GTS1041A port?+

Not by itself. The hose cuff sits loose on the port, so it leaks and drops off mid cut. The GulpDust PETG adapter grips the port on one end and your hose on the other, so the connection holds tight.

Do I need clamps or tape to attach the adapter?+

No. The adapter is a friction fit. You push it on and it holds, so setup takes seconds and comes apart just as fast when you fold the stand.

Does the same adapter fit the Bosch 4100 or GTS1031?+

Yes. Bosch uses the same rear port on the GTS1031, the GTS1041A, and the 4100 series, so one adapter covers all three.

Do you sell the design file?+

No. We sell the finished part. Each one is printed to order in PETG and ships from the US. PETG stays stiff and shrugs off shop heat.
