About This Part

A flat plate with screw holes and a hose spigot. Screw it to a jig, a cabinet, a drum lid, a sanding box, or a tool that never had a dust port. Now it has one.

The spigot has a snap bead near the tip, so the GulpDust quick-connect clamp clicks right on. Want a plain push-on port instead? We can print it without the bead.

This is the backbone of the system. Put a flange on every station in your shop, then move one hose from flange to flange with the clamp.

Who it is for: Shop builders adding ports to tool cabinets, sanding boxes, downdraft boxes, and separator drums.

Bolt-On Dust Port Flange FAQ

What is a bolt-on dust port flange?+

It is a flat plate with screw holes and a hose spigot. You screw it to a surface that has no dust port, like a cabinet or a drum lid, and it turns that surface into a dust port you can hook a hose to.

How do I mount the flange?+

Hold it where you want the port, mark the four holes, drill them, and drive four flat-head screws. The holes are countersunk so the screw heads sit flush. Then push your hose or the quick-connect clamp onto the spigot.

Can I get a flange in a size other than 2.5 inch?+

Yes. We print the spigot to any hose or duct size you need. Tell us the size when you request one and we print it to match.
