About This Part
A short barrel that is meant to slip inside two hose ends and tie them together. Ribbed rings are meant to grip the hose.
The barrel is 58 mm across the outside and 52.4 mm across the bore. It is 78 mm long. We have not tested it in a real hose, so it is not for sale yet.
The bore runs straight through.
Who it is for: Anyone with a shop vac or dust hose that split, cracked, or came apart.

How is the hose connector meant to work?+
It is meant to slide inside two hose ends. Push a hose onto each side until both meet in the middle. Add a hose clamp over each end for a firm joint.
Can it fix a torn hose?+
That is the idea. Cut out the torn part, then push the two good ends onto the barrel. We have not tested it in a real hose yet.
Will it fit my hose?+
The barrel is 58 mm across the outside. Measure the inside of your hose to compare. We have not matched it to any hose brand.
